Refund policy

1. Pre-Owned Luxury Item Nature

Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by REELUXS are pre-owned luxury products.

Due to the nature of pre-owned and vintage luxury items, normal signs of age and usage may be present, including but not limited to minor scratches, leather wrinkles, corner wear, oxidation, shape relaxation, patina changes, hardware aging, glue aging, storage odor, material aging, and slight color variation.

Such characteristics are considered normal for pre-owned luxury goods and shall not be regarded as defects unless materially inconsistent with the item description provided.

Actual item appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, age, and material characteristics.

2. Product Information & Pre-Purchase Review

Customers are encouraged to review all listing details carefully prior to purchase.

Additional photos or videos may be provided upon request for further clarification regarding condition, accessories, measurements, or disclosed wear.

Prior to shipment, REELUXS may provide final pre-dispatch photos or videos for confirmation purposes. If no objection is received within a reasonable timeframe, shipment may proceed accordingly.

3. Refund & Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

• Significant undisclosed damage materially inconsistent with the listing description
• Item materially not as described
• Item confirmed non-authentic through an independent authentication assessment accepted by REELUXS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not applicable for:

• Change of mind
• Subjective expectations
• Size or fitting preferences
• Color perception differences
• Natural aging characteristics of pre-owned items
• Minor wear consistent with disclosed condition
• Issues arising after customer usage, cleaning, alteration, repair, or mishandling

4. Claims & Evidence Requirements

Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours from the recorded delivery time.

To facilitate claim assessment, customers may be required to provide:

• A continuous unedited unboxing video
• Visible courier shipping label
• Packaging condition
• Item overview and relevant details
• Serial, stamp, or chip details where applicable
• Clear documentation of the reported issue

Items returned for review must remain in original delivered condition, including all accessories, packaging, and tamper tags where applicable.

Claims may be declined where sufficient supporting evidence is unavailable.

5. Authentication & Dispute Review

REELUXS reserves the right to determine the appropriate independent authentication source for dispute assessment.

Where authentication opinions differ, REELUXS may rely on an independent authentication assessment reasonably accepted by the company for review purposes.

If an item is confirmed non-authentic, approved refunds will be limited to the original purchase amount and original standard local shipping charges only.

Third-party charges including international shipping, customs duties, taxes, insurance fees, payment gateway fees, and related transaction charges are non-refundable.

6. Booking & Instalment Arrangements

Selected items may be reserved through booking or instalment arrangements subject to company approval.

Booking payments or deposits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated or where cancellation arises directly from company-related issues.

For instalment arrangements:

• Full payment must be completed prior to release or collection
• REELUXS reserves the right to cancel reservations in the event of prolonged non-payment or repeated late payments
• Any transfer request to another item remains subject to company approval, stock availability, and prevailing pricing

Where instalment arrangements are cancelled due to non-completion, payments made may be retained partially or fully to offset reasonable operational, storage, handling, restoration, administration, and remarketing costs.

7. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Risk relating to delivery, transit delays, loss, or courier handling transfers upon handover to the appointed courier, forwarder, concierge, agent, or third-party delivery provider.

Customers are encouraged to arrange suitable shipping insurance for high-value purchases.

Courier-related matters remain subject to the respective courier provider’s policies and compensation procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, REELUXS’ total liability in connection with any claim or transaction shall not exceed the original purchase amount paid for the relevant item.

REELUXS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or third-party losses arising from the use, condition, or delivery of any item.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Fraud Prevention

REELUXS reserves the right to reject claims, suspend transactions, refuse future service, or take appropriate action in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, item switching, false claims, chargeback abuse, or misuse of company services.

10. Storage & Collection

For completed purchases pending collection beyond the notified collection period, storage charges may apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Force Majeure

REELUXS shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform obligations arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier disruptions, customs delays, government actions, system failures, strikes, or force majeure events.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with any purchase, booking, instalment arrangement, payment, or collection, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
